SHIPPING POLICY
At StylzPlus Beauty and Hair Concepts, we ship packages primarily via FedEx Express. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days of receiving payment and generally require an additional 5-7 business days for delivery, depending on the destination. We also offer USPS shipping and in-store pickup options for your convenience.
To ensure your express shipment request is processed promptly, please contact StylzPlus Beauty and Hair Concepts to confirm we have received your order. Please note that StylzPlus Beauty and Hair Concepts is not responsible for any additional fees, including customs fees or taxes, which may be due upon delivery.
Shipping charges are non-refundable for any returned orders.
RETURNS POLICY
StylzPlus Beauty and Hair Concepts follows a strict quality control process to ensure you receive only the highest quality virgin hair products. To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be returned in their original, unused condition within 7 days of receipt. Returned items should be unaltered, unworn, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging included.
Any merchandise that has been used, altered (including brushing, combing, picking, cutting, or washing), or is not in its original condition will not be accepted.
